VELUX EDL deck mount step flashing interweaves with shingles and other low-profile roofing materials to help provide proper water drainage. It includes an adhesive underlayment that provides an additional layer of water protection and prevents leaks. When paired with a VELUX deck mount skylight (models FS, VS, VSE, VSS) this flashing makes the skylight eligible for the VELUX 10-year installation warranty.

- EDL flashing is designed for use on roofs with shingles, shakes, or slate up to 1/2 inch thickness with a pitch between 14-85 degrees
- EDL C06 flashing is designed specifically to fit VELUX FS, VS, VSS, and VSE series skylights in sizes C08 and C12
- Flashing kit model cannot be installed on skylights from other manufacturers, or other VELUX skylight models not noted above
- Deck mounted flashing kits for tile roofs (model EDW) and metal roofs (model EDM) are available
